California bans rifle sales to people under 21

SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Most people under 21 won't be able to buy guns in California starting next year under a law Gov. Jerry Brown announced signing Friday.

It will prevent people under 21 from buying rifles and other types of guns. State law already bans people under 21 from buying handguns.

The new law exempts law enforcement, members of the military and people with hunting licenses from the restriction.

Hopefully, the NRA will launch a lawsuit against this.

p.s. IF they're not adult enough to buy a rifle then CA should raise the age to drive, drink, and vote to 21, also.

It's sad. California is such a beautiful state. But anybody that's living there and not a communist needs to GTF out ASAP.

They are losing people rapidly and it's really weird that they can't seem to see the cause and simply keep piling on the reasons to leave.

The bad part of this though is that too many people that are leaving are actually left-wingers that bring the socialist BS with them - even though they themselves fled from it. Texas is getting it's fair share....
