Anybody hear see the ruling on Obamacare?

This is exactly what I've been saying since I joined this site, Somebody needs to challenge the MG ban. The NFA was upheld on the taxing authority. Since the gov't won't accept the tax payment on new machineguns, that makes it unconstitutional like obamacare.

That is not a bad argument. Just have to get someone to make it.

I tried to push the envelope, but found that it was stationery.

Have you heard about the new corduroy pillows? They're making head lines!

I actually talked to may attorney about challenging the NFA and he was still laughing when I left his office.

Time for someone to take the case to the same judge, obviously he believes the Constitution means what it says.

Good point about the government taking bribes... I mean tax payment on a firearm made on one day, but not accepting the same tax on a firearm from the next day. Or accepting payments on papered firearms but not on unpapered firearms.

Or how about the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed? One day before I leave the bounds of this earth I would love to hear some lawmaker actually do their job and uphold that document that they swore to uphold.
