    Thumbs up Christmas Eve

    Hope everyone is ready for Christmas. My company decided opening the office today then being closed tomorrow wasn't a good idea so they made today and New Years Eve day, paid holidays! Works for me. We decided to have our Christmas with the kids and grandkids today so everyone will start showing up around 3pm.

    I've got a large prime rib setting out now so it will be at room temperature when I start roasting it around 4pm. We'll finish dinner then head to the formal rooms to open gifts under the tree and hang out for the evening. Tomorrow Will be a quiet day for my wife and I.

    Presents all ready and I even went outside and made the carrots we left for the reindeer look chewed up.
