If this passes, it won't be long before people will be able to sue car manufacturers for car deaths and accident injuries, or corporations like Boeing for plane crashes, or helmet manufacturers for football injuries.....

I wonder if the Dims will make it okay to sue pencil makers for misspelled words.

The disdain of Democrats for our Constitution is truly amazing.

This is simply treason. Can't outlaw guns directly, outlaw them by making it financially impossible to produce them.

It's too bad there isn't some sort of oversight group, made up of constitutional lawyers, that checks every bill to see if it is constitutional or not. If not, the bill is automatically dropped, and the sponsors are reprimanded. If they submit a second unconstitutional bill, they are fined; if they submit a third unconstitutional bill, they are removed from office.

It would put a stop to this crap very quickly. (This would eliminate almost all the Dims in there now....)

Obama was a "constitutional" lawyer. The Supreme Court is made up of constitutional lawyers. The 9th circuit (and all the others) are made of constitutional lawyers. The only way to put a stop to this is for people to hold our elected officials accountable when they violate the Constitution. A big part of why we see such constitutional over reach by government (of both parties) is because "we the people" abdicated our responsibility to constitutional lawyers.
