Post Colorado sued over end-run around Electoral College

I wish the liberals would quit being butt hurt over losing the 2016 Presidential election.

Funny how it was fine for every election till now.

Isn't it funny how they fail to realize that if they do this, they will never have another "say" in a federal election. Any vote they take will be overpowered by the more populous states.

    That's the whole point, JT.

I just wish we can get the red flag, magazine limit and background check laws over-turned as well.

To liberals it hasn't been. The last big push to get rid of the electoral college was after Bush II's first win but it has been on their list of things to get rid of for a long time. That public schools teach the praises of democracy while not teaching the pitfalls or how republicanism allows for democracy while protecting the electorate from mob rule also helps diminish support for the electoral college. Liberals don't like it because it puts the brakes on their quest for power, but it is only when something like this happens that it becomes a priority to them.

Does anyone know how the courts will rule if/when the compact is challenged?

Given the number of judges that have been appointed by Democrats for their willingness to circumvent and change the Constitution judicially, I think the compact would be upheld. By the time it got to the SCOTUS, the damage would already be done.
