    After today, it's all historical.

They are indistinguishable except in how they operate. I wonder if she has read the Constitution or ever even held a firearm?

It's amazing how history shows Stoner made the first AR-15 for the civilian market, not for the military. His intent was to make a modern hunting rifle.

The military got interested in it ONLY after it was first sold to civilians....and they changed it so it would become full auto to fill their need for a more modern machine gun to be used in combat.

So, technically, the AR-15 is a true civilian firearm, not a military one.

WT flying fuck. Military grade. Yeah dumbass, every weapon ever designed in the beginning was for military use. Rifles shotguns revolvers pistols. I'm so sick of this crap with judges crapping on the 2nd. The amendment isn't about hunting, Excepting tyrannical gov't.

May that "sickness" spread until there are enough Americans to put those words into actions.....

I have a feeling it will be soon. True Americans can take only so much.... The Communists are tipping the scales in a direction they won't like....

An airsoft AR-15/M-16 toy rifle, at a glance, is "essentially indistinguishable" from a full auto M16/M4, but federal law says nothing about the ability to "distinguish" one rifle from another.

This judge should be disbarred for mental incompetency.

And the case should go to the Supreme Court.

Good point about that AirSoft. A friend gave me a CO2 powered pellet gun version of the Beretta 92. Looks identical to the real 92 I enjoy playing with, except the pellet version has a three position safety. Full auto pellets!

For that matter there is a full auto version of the Beretta 92 known as the Beretta 93, which is select fire and looks just like the semi-auto 92 series.

These morons never cease to amaze me how they can continue to find new levels of stupidity.
