    Senate Dems deliver stunning warning to Supreme Court: Heal or face restructuring

    Several high-profile Senate Democrats warned the Supreme Court in pointed terms this week that it could face a fundamental restructuring if justices do not take steps to "heal" the court in the near future.


    The ominous and unusual warning was delivered as part of a brief filed Monday in a case related to a New York City gun law. Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse, D-R.I., Richard Blumenthal, D-Conn., Mazie Hirono, D-Hawaii, Richard Durbin, D-Ill., and Kirsten Gillibrand, D-N.Y., referenced rulings by the court's conservative majority in claiming it is suffering from some sort of affliction which must be remedied.

    "The Supreme Court is not well. And the people know it," the brief said. "Perhaps the Court can heal itself before the public demands it be 'restructured in order to reduce the influence of politics.'"


    There is most definitely an organized coup d'tat active and currently trying to take over the US government.

    The sick liberals who are involved need to be arrested, fairly tried and, if guilty of treason, appropriately dealt with.

    The "judges" who always seem to side with the liberals and against normal American values need to be disbarred and then also tried for treason.

    This crap SIMPLY CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE!!!

    Are we going to bury our heads in the sand and allow a deranged micro-minority destroy the Country that our founding fathers, grandfathers, fathers, sons and daughters have fought and died for??

    Did they sacrifice all for SOCIALISM???

    We CANNOT bequeath a rotted socialist dictatorship to our children and their children.....

    These Dims have, totally, lost their minds. They all need to read the Constitution (I'm sure very few, if any, have read it), to see why the Supreme Court was created, anyway.

    I agree with you, Krupski. These Dims need to be brought up on treason charges and let the chips fall.

    This, and almost everything else they're trying to do, IS an attempt to overthrow of our lawful Constitutional government.

    The Left is really pushing for a showdown.... I hope they shake this insanity off before then, but I'm not holding my breath.

    I have my doubts that most of the newer elected Representatives can even read....

    Eventually when the people refuse to follow along with their fantasy they will become angry enough to try the military option.

    What's wrong with a Kindle? I've got an old "paper white" Kindle and I read for several hours each night. It's great - nice and light and mine currently has 486 books in it! (mostly sci-fi and WW-II history books).

    Lots of times I have to take one of the kids somewhere in the car and it's not worth the bother to go home then come back, so I take the Kindle with me, recline the car seat back a bit and read. The Kindle sits nicely on the steering wheel so I don't even have to hold it. For the next page I just fingertip the screen. So nice!
