    All of his reasoning is so far left of wrong that his conclusions make absolutely no sense.

    I guess he's what you get when he got his online degree for $25.

    Technically he is correct. We could amend the Constitution to remove them. I would argue with all my might against it, but it is possible. Of course, since the Constitution does not grant the right to free speech, religion, or to keep and bear arms (or any of the others), but acknowledges and protects them from government action. So while we could amend them out of the Constitution, they would still be rights.
