California steps up the war on gun owners

California Governor Gavin Newsom signed 15 gun related bills into law today, which take effect on Jan. 1st 2020
One of these will allow non-relatives, such as employers and co-workers, to file a complaint under the 'red flag' laws.

    Fox News
One of the bills, which expands a so-called "red flag" law to allow co-workers, employers and educators to seek gun violence restraining orders against firearms owners they fear are a danger to themselves and others
From the land of liberal snowflakes, where everything is a threat and it's common practice to squeal "Micro Aggression!" and wet themselves over constructive criticism, the use of 'improper' pronouns or a harsh look. Anyone who has ever admitted to hunting, target shooting or owning any type of firearm just became a target for these sniveling, effeminate cowards.

    Also in the article
Co-workers who want to request a gun violence restraining order will have to have "substantial and regular interactions" with gun owners, and co-workers and school employees will need to get approval from their employers or school administrators before seeking a restraining order.
Those seeking the orders will be required to file sworn statements detailing their reasons for doing so.
Sworn statement; that there was an imminent or immediate cause to fear impending harm or the potential for acts of violence . . .
    In snowflake central?

Oh my stars an garters! Shall we all clutch our pearls and faint now?!

So, now a citizen can be stripped of rights and deprived of lawfully owned property without the benefit of due process, over the completely subjective opinion and irrational fears of a simpering leftist co-worker.

This, in a state already filled to the brim with liberal city and county judges, who will hide behind the black skirts of the 9th circus court of appeals.

Apologies, that was tacky. Those judges do not wear skirts.
Looks to be more of an evening gown, would you not agree?

Let us not forget that the city of San Francisco recently declared the NRA a 'Domestic Terrorists' organization.
No doubt that there are city, county and state officials already in possession of the membership roster for every shooting range and firearms club in California. All they have to do is troll the waters and find one (1) co-worker who will put ink to paper and swear out a complaint.

This, like so much else of the liberal / marxists agenda, shall NOT end well.
