    Is that period art? It seems to risque for the 1920s to me and I thought the 2 piece bikini didn't come around until later.

    Two piece bikinis did exist during WW2 but it was rare and they were pretty broad (aka they were modest for bikinis). BUT the single string attaching all the parts was called the Brazilian bikini and that didn't happen until the 1960s. So that woman's outfit seems anachronistic to the image. It may be a newer version of 'retro art' or the artist was just imagining the 'future look' of the bikini.

    I think that's underwear not swimwear....I thought that was a lotta skin but it was the '20s.

    Not sure as to it's being for real...just something that caught my eye.
