I believe they have the capacity to test that many people that quickly about as much as I believe that they only had 84,031 cases, 4,637 deaths with 79,273 recovered. Wait that only leaves 121 active cases????? Yea..... Right.
The only way this is possible is if they had a vaccine all along, but even then, I doubt they could administer it to a billion people in a few months.

Does that mean that the total number of deaths from all flu viruses is about 170,000 people in the US?
