Requires a health care provider who administers an immunization to a person nineteen years of age or older to report such information to the department of health or to a regional health information organization unless such person objects to such reporting.

Requires immunization of certain post-secondary students for COVID-19.

Relates to mandatory influenza vaccine for persons attending daycare.

Limits exemptions from immunization requirements by local governments and private entities to medical exemptions; repeals religious exemptions for certain post-secondary students.
6. Bill A3091/S3041 – Eliminates parents’ consent to shots to STD shots when a child reaches 14 years of age (CURRENT BILL STATUS -In Senate Committee Health Committee)

Permits any child who is at least fourteen years of age to have administered to himself or herself, regardless of parental consent, certain immunizations required or recommended by law.

The study, published this week in the peer-reviewed journal Cell, claim that the BQ and XBB variants of COVID are "barely susceptible to neutralization by sera from vaccinated individuals."

Many People Fully Vaccinated for COVID Are Now Going Blind

The contract was part of a larger project for a “Biological threat reduction program in Ukraine,” suggesting that the U.S. Government was at the very least aware of the virus before it spread through Wuhan, China in December 2019, and before it was officially named Covid-19 by the World Health Organization in February 2020.

The U.S. Government’s “USA Spending” website reveals that it had spent a staggering $4.04 trillion “in response to COVID-19”. A deeper look at the website’s “Award Search” feature uncovers a contract awarded by the Department of Defense to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. for “Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services” on September 20, 2012.
A closer examination of the contract’s “Sub-Awards” tab reveals 115 transactions with recipients and brief descriptions, the majority of which are mundane items like “laboratory equipment for Kyiv” and “office furniture for Kyiv.”
There is, however, among the 115 transactions listed in the “Sub-Awards” tab of a contract awarded by the U.S. Department of Defense to Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp. one transaction that stands out:
An award to Labyrinth Global Health INC for “SME Manuscript Documentation and COVID-19 Research.”
While it is not surprising to see an award for Covid-19 research during a pandemic, the fact that the contract was awarded on November 12, 2019, at least one month before the alleged emergence of the novel coronavirus and three months before it was officially named Covid-19, raises questions about the government’s knowledge of the virus.

Found Dead at Home after COVID-19 Vaccination
The public is becoming increasingly disturbed with reports of death among the vaccinated. It is natural to ask “was the death caused by vaccination?” The most definitive way of answering that question is with autopsy. Schwab et al reported on deaths after vaccination with detailed autopsies in Heidelberg, Germany.[i] Of 35 fatalities within 20 days of injection, 10 were ruled out as clearly not due to the vaccine (eg drug overdose). The remaining 25 (71%) had final diagnoses consistent with a vaccine injury syndrome including myocardial infarction, worsening heart failure, vascular aneurysm, pulmonary embolism, fatal stroke, and vaccine-induced thrombotic thrombocytopenia. Interestingly, 5 cases had acute myocarditis as the cause of death with the histopathology in the heart muscle showing patchy inflammation very similar to what was seen in the deltoid muscle were the mRNA vaccine was injected.

Cleveland Clinic Study Stuns: COVID-Vaccinated Individuals At Higher Risk of Getting COVID… Risk Increases With Each Booster
A recently published study by the Cleveland Clinic suggests that the Covid-19 vaccines increase the risk of contracting the disease and that each subsequent booster further increases this risk. The report revealed that those with three or more shots were more than three times as likely to be infected as those who hadn’t gotten any.
The report also suggests that those who have not received any Covid shots have the lowest risk of getting Covid. While it is worth noting that this study showed only a small increase in infection risk, this is still in direct opposition to the way the vaccinations are being advertised to the public.

Getting McCarthy to make promises is one thing — getting him to keep those promises is another thing entirely. As Matt Gaetz has explained: “Kevin McCarthy knows he will end up failing Republicans and caving to liberals. That’s why he opposes reinstating the motion to vacate, which was in place from 1801 to 2018. The COVID19 vaccine isn’t associated with a single case of autism! However, upon further investigation, that’s because the symptom Autism is now entered into VAERS as Autism Spectrum Disorder. There were just 34 cases.
For the MMR vaccine, however the numbers are significantly higher than for other vaccines.
The analysis needs to be a bit more subtle that this one graph (we have to normalize by the number of doses), but the signal is just too big to ignore.
