Pretty sure I had it a few months ago - it wasn't any fun at all, and a lot of folks I talk to have been tested positive but asymptomatic, meaning they got it and never noticed. One issue with testing is the common flu is a corona family type so you can test positive since most of us have been either immunized for flu or had the flu, even if not exposed to sars2. Nice for those who want/need greater numbers of positive cases.

I had loss of taste/smell, fatigue, and serious dizziness for a week or two, but no lung issues, fever, or other symptoms associated with sars2. That's not to say entire days were spent in that state, it came and went, you can function but to a lesser degree than normal. Apparently if your lungs get wrecked you are going to have a much harder time with it. Called the hospital the morning I noticed it (if you're susceptible you notice it because you can hardly get out of bed on that first morning, the room's spinning as you lay there in bed, walk like your legs are made from rubber) and the nurse said if you don't have cough or fever don't bother coming in for testing. Today dizziness, fatigue, and loss of taste/smell are well known symptoms.
That said, I got off easy. The dust is real and can mess you up, however I feel that most of us have been exposed to it and most won't even notice it because it did nothing to them. They closed schools locally for a week back in Oct due a rash of sick kids with the "flu", my guess is that's when it made its way through here, this being just prior to the plannedemic making US news. So you know, you're contagious just before symptoms appear, nor so much afterwards when antibodies are roaming your system looking for the little fuckers. I'd started daily popping vitamins c and d before it hit me.

Also note most of the folks killed by the dust are killed not by the virus but an opportunistic infection or preexisting med condition, it comes down to a competition between ability to heal cell damage from the virus plus any opportunistics and the speed at wich the virus can replicate and take over more cells.

Sure, I have had "colds", measles, and chicken pox as a kid, but no bacterial or viral illness of any serious nature.

It would come as no surprise to me to see most of us have been exposed already, and most of us will not even notice it. The chronic discomfort that comes with obesity, hbp, diabetes, and etc can easily mask a asymptomatic or near-asymptomatic bout with the dust, and this is a good thing.
