Any riots where you guys live? Just curious

I had to stop driving for an errand yesterday because the protestors shut down a freeway and then shut down traffic downtown. It's probably for the best. I'd be one of those guys who ran over the protestors if they tried to block me

I figured that a lot of guys on the forum live in semi remote areas, devoid of this kind of crap.

    Anyone?

Nearest big city is Baltimore, Washington, or Norfolk, all are about 125 miles away.

Downtown Indy got violent last night. Mob mentality doesn't help and because this whole thing was about a couple of bad cops, the police are virtually neutered when it comes to a response other than tear gas. And in truth, there is not much they can legally do when it is "only" property damage and theft. I feel sorry for the store owners who finally got open after the government takeover and now this.

There were protests and some rock and bottles thrown and then the cops broke it up and those that didn't get arrested went home, i think a cop car got torched. If there was any private businesses torched i think it was minor. The cops in Phoenix are known for not letting this shit get out of hand, remember they were the cops that shot that guy* in the nutsack with a tear gas canister when trump came to town

Nashville police are shooting tear gas at the rioters. They set some fires at the metro courthouse earlier. The officers are enforcing a 10 PM curfew.

Looks like the teargas worked. I've never seen so many officers in one place. I had no idea Nashville had so many cops.

They are attacking the jail in Sacramento. The FBI needs to find out who is pulling the strings and put an end to this shit

Was peaceful march in Indy this afternoon which then someone had to break some windows and start something burning in the middle of a street. Followed by a volley of tear gas.

In one photo i saw, it looked liked a pile of rocks had been conveniently staged near the protest site.

Another crisis not going to waste

I live in the 'burbs so no action here....thankfully.

Downtown Denver will see very little money from me in the future.

Starting to sound like peaceful protest until outside "agitators" arrived to break things and loot. Police here cleared some streets for the original protesters which were very peaceful. Police chief reportedly stated that later in the evening a group arrived and started to do the damage.

I really hope some official group (read FBI) does some digging to find out who is supplying the people who are coming in to do the damage and violence.

Just saw this in the online news. Haven't turned on the TV for the local stuff, but it looks like Indy is the first to have rioters shooting each other.

100%. This has happend several times in recent years; Baltimore comes to mind. Since it is obviously somewhat organized and funded enough to bus people around and from what I am hearing paying some of these agitators (professional anarchist?)

There should be terrorism charges against those involved, nothing less seems appropriate. They could probably use RICO also.

Look no further than George Soros and the DNC. Both are culpable.
