    I really have no problems with the 100 year limit. That would classify any firearm manufactured on, or before, 1920, as an antique. A lot of really nice guns, including Webley's, 1911's, any WWI firearm, etc., would now be classified as antique.

    I don't have a dog in this fight, but I don't see a whole lot wrong with it as written. It's still step in the right direction (much better than any compromise with the Commucrats).
