it looked like maybe chemical storage at the port. Could be fertilizer ?? The video made it seem like there was a fire before the big boom.

It made one hell of a Wilson cloud. Looked like HE to me. A FA bomb needs to disperse the fuel into the air at the optimal mixture, then ignite it. I doubt it was FA. It looked like some HE cooked off and set off the rest.Originally Posted by 5.56NATO

I don't know fertilizer is no joke. If it was a port they could have had an awful lot of it stored.
Report I heard was it was initially a fire in a fireworks factory. Looks like that became the fuse for something obviously bitter.
