About time. The law should also be challenged it that to purchase a semi-automatic rifle you have to give up your right to privacy for life (not as long as you own the rifle) and to get a handgun you have to give it up that day.

It also drives me nuts when someone, in this case a judge, says that restricting the right to own or bear a firearm does not infringe on it because we allow you to own and bear other, not as useful, types of firearms. Those statements should be thrown out as illogical, but our justice system and public school systems are such that illogical statements like that are held up as the epitome if logic.
