After today, it's all historical.
What ever happened to "shall not be infringed"?
I don't claim to be the sharpest knife in the block so maybe some one here can tell me what I'm missing. How does the ATF have so much power that they can just change their minds one day and this or that is legal or not?
They are not law makers...Right? So what am I missing?
As far as "shall not be infringed", they started that crap in 1934 my opinion. Then in 1968, 86 and 94. That's just off the top of my head. I'm sure I am missing some.
I don't need or want a full auto weapon, a bump stock, short barreled shotgun and so on. But I believe it should be our right without having to pay a freaking tax. Although a shorter shotgun could be very handy as a home defense gun. But I guess a short shotgun is waaay more deadly than a long one... But seriously...What am I missing as far as the ATF making laws???
