Everyone have a great Thanksgiving. No turkey this year. Having shrimp and fried ocean scallops, sauteed in butter, coated in rice flour, and fried in coconut oil.

    Sounds good to me !
I went and got my elderly mother (I didn't want her driving) and got her help to make a "family tradition" dish that HER mother used to make, "Cranberry Sherbet". Afterwards, I cooked some salisbury steaks (she doesn't like turkey) with Gouda cheese melted on top, peas, wine, and sherbet for dessert.
