Sea levels are NOT rising. The land near many coastal areas is subsiding due to glacial receding*. If all the glaciers melted, the sea levels would drop and water expands when it freezes (ice). When ice melts, it shrinks back to its original volume.
*The climate IS going to get warmer and the Polar ice is receding (ice and glaciers). We're heading towards the middle of a global warming period. It ALWAYS gets warmer between ice ages. We still have about 2,000 years to go before we reach the warmest point in that cycle....THEN the climate will start to cool off again until we enter another ice age (in about 15,000 or so years). This has been happening for millions of years. Nothing new here. And humans DID NOT cause it!
