    I agree with every reason the author gives, but I'd like to add another one. Those who shoot .357, would continue buying .357 if it were available. Since .357 was getting harder to find, many people switched to .38 Spec as an alternative. (That's what I did....)

    Still, no matter what the reasons may be for the ammo shortages, it's not going to get better any time soon.

    Add to this that Idiot Joe is trying to ban importation of foreign ammo to keep ammo supplies deficient. If he can't ban firearms outright, he's going after the ammo instead....
