No. ANTIFA is the military arm of the Commucrat Party. They intend to disarm everyone but ANTIFA and Black Lies Matter groups. They want to protect their own enforcement team from any harm.

This was a solution looking for a problem, and as pointed out, not addressing the actual problems we are seeing. But it vilifies gun owners, so there's that.
