The "AT" are fine and do not stomp on the constitution, but that "F" is very unconstitutional and needs to be abolished. For that matter with all the alphabet soup agencies, A and T could easily fall under the Food and Drug Administration.

The Commucrats will never get rid of the ATF. If anything, they'll do all the can to beef up the "F" part and give it more infringement powers.

Anyone else notice how the Republicans seem to have a habit of introducing "abolish the ATF" and "National Reciprocity" legislation only when Democrats are in control? The GOP isn't serious about advancing pro-second amendment legislation at the Federal level; if they were, then National Reciprocity would've passed and signed into law by Trump back in 2017-2018. The GOP had the majority back then, and the RINOS intentionally derailed pro 2A legislation.

Have to agree with this. Seems like when they had the rare occurrence of owning the government they did their best to say one thing and do another. Usually they spoke pro-2nd but did everything possible to avoid removing infringements.

The GOP seems to be real good at snatching defeat from the jaws of victory every time the goal is in sight....
