ATF Releases Proposed Rules For So-Called 'Ghost Gun' Receivers & Frames

While violating the second amendment, why not add the fourth as well. Biden believes that the second only applies to state militias, but the writing specifically states "of the people" which is also the case in four other amendments. Strange how with these morons, only with the second amendment does "of the people" not mean "of the people".
