    There is a lot that can be said against this gun and quite a few jokes that can be made, also, but, who knows? This could be the beginnings of what might become normal in 200 years. Maybe this will usher in the end of propellant powered firearms and become the weapon of choice for militaries and civilians everywhere.

    As of right now, I can't see buying one of these. But, in 200 years, I just might be interested....

    Magnets are heavy. Don't see this being a viable infantry weapon.

    Yea, but it still shoots a projectile. Where's the particle laser beams Raytheon has been working on for 20 years, those would be fun
