    DPMS-New AK-47

DPMS AK 47 Anvil Forged Classic Plum Poly Rifle $749.99
    https://atlanticfirearms.com/dpms-ak...lum-poly-rifle

Also saw this on another site today from PSA.

"DPMS is a different company than PSA. It is a sister company to PSA owned by JJE Capital. I talked with the DPMS rep this morning. I was told that DPMS will not be on the PSA website and will be sold exclusively through distributors and independent dealers. They will be coming out with other variations of AK's in the near future".
    Thank you,

Nice looking rifle at a nice price! They call that plum stock-set from an "AK-47" but all my time with AKs (AK-47 is a media name, not a Soviet designation by the way) I thought that stock set was for the AK-74 with the shape to allow the operator to tell by feel in the dark which variant he was picking up. Still, nice rifle from a store with a very good reputation!

That is nice, hammer forged trunion, bolt and bolt carrier for $750.
Hopefully the machining is nicer than import AKs, most of the AK imports look like they were machined with a big hammer and a dull chisel, although the VEPR i bought in the 90s is nicely machined (no hammer and chisel marks )

That is nice and pretty tempting
I just put a deposit down on an emergency generator though
    Still seems doable.
I didn't watch the video yet but what's with the cleaning rod sticking out past the holder in front?

OK watched it and got my answer

The cleaning rod is the first thing i throw away on an AK, i've never used one and they just hang there and rattle around
