Stare at the center and then let your eyes go out of focus. That works for me. Sometimes it takes a while to be able to see the image.

Don't look at the picture, look past the picture. It only works if your eyes are trying to focus on something far away. Basically if you had your eyes focused the same way looking at something else at the same distance you'd have double vision.

Back in the 1980s they used to sell posters mounted behind GLASS as wall art. The glass actually HELPED with the illusion. It was easy to look at the reflection in the glass and focus your eyes PAST the image to something behind you (in the glass reflection). If you can, try to look at something reflected behind you. Unfortunately MOST modern Computer monitors use Low/Non-glare glass coverings because of distracting reflections, but if you put on a table lamp or something, you might be able to focus on something past the surface.
So look closely at the following pic. CAN YOU SEE THE MAMMARY GLANDS? Just making sure....
