Is he saying that automobile, motorcycle, alcohol and boat manufacturers can be held liable when people misuse their products?

If so, then every manufacturer in the US should prohibit any of their products from being sold, or used, in CA.

Absolutely agree 100%. If firearm manufacturers are held responsible for misuse of their product, so should every other company. Someone kills someone driving drunk, sue the auto maker. Yep, sounds like the lunatics are running the asylum.
