It's hard to believe the Russians are really that inept.....running out of gas....REALLY!!!

I dunno maybe it's some kinda Rope-a-Dope ploy where they're trying to fool them by acting bungling and incompetent....if so they're succeeding brilliantly.

If the aim was some sort of impressive blitzkrieg to show-off Russian military prowess....then not so much.
