FFLs now required to give names, addresses to the febriles, of all delayed or denied NICS checks...

That's right...delayed because your name resembles some felon in NICS? Now your info goes directly to the Febrile Bureau of Incompetents...

How long before every transaction is delayed or denied, with Febrile raids coming to an AO near you...

There have been at least half a dozen break-ins (or attempts) like this in the past 2-3 weeks. They usually seem to use a Hyundai or a Kia as those are the most frequently stolen in St. Louis area of late.
One morning, they broke into an Academy store in O'fallon, IL, at 4:30 a.m. Then, 30 minutes later, another store (another Academy??) in St. Louis county. There was a shop in St. Charles, MO, just a day or 2 ago where they weren't able to get past the concrete-filled steel bollards nor the concrete parking stops to get to the doors. That shop suffered little damage and no guns taken.
BATFE believes that this is an "organized crime" group doing this as they usually use the aforementioned Kias or Hyundias as well as the same M.O.

If they are so "organized," one would think they'd be using those ramming bumpers the police have on the front of most of their cars....less damage to the radiator, etc.

Oh well, no one said criminals were overly smart.

The crooks don't care as the cars are stolen.
In fact, the one attempt in St. Charles County where they failed to get in, the car had been stolen just a couple of hours before from less than 2 miles away from the gun store. A new type of "smash & grab".
