0bama had already taken that title. But Carter is particularly thankful to Biteme because it adds another layer to the obfuscation of "worst potus ever". What's really interesting is that instead of shooting it down, the military chose to move things around on the ground so the balloon couldn't get a proper fix on it (yeah, right).
