Rule could restrict cops’ gun use

Police officers could be forced to jump and dodge instead of draw and shoot when dealing with moving cars.

Twice last week, San Francisco police officers were faced with split-second choices to shoot at moving vehicles. Now, a new policy is being considered that would change the way police make those life-or-death decisions.

Yes but they are loaded with compressed talcum powder bullets and the most dangerous thing is the laser with its unflattering pink light beam. Bad guys get to smell good after being shot and the pink laser makes them look so bad they get embarrassed and turn themselves in. There is no situation so bad that you can't find a reasonable solution for it. The only thing is the permission slip for the bad guys to read and sign before they are allowed to be shot is so long and complicated most get frustrated and refuse to sign. Still working on that problem. Maybe a nice fish dinner with a good wine will bring higher compliance, dammit, except for the vegetarians, I forgot about them. Don't worry, it will be figured out, the best minds in San Francisco are working on it.
