Glassboro man faces 10 year prison term for assault weapon sale

WOODBURY — A Glassboro man faces 10 years in prison after pleading guilty to selling an assault firearm to an individual who turned out to be a state trooper working undercover and possessing other illegal weapons, Attorney General Paula T. Dow said Tuesday.
Horace Dixon, 50, pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge Walter L. Marshall Jr. to charges of to unlawful disposition of an assault firearm, unlawful possession of a machine gun and unlawful possession of a handgun.
