Supreme Court Deals Blow to Unions, Rules Company Can Sue for Damage Caused by Strike
After today, it's all historical.
This opens a relatively huge can of worms. Guess unions will have to look for some other form of leverage now.

Being a union employee I have to agree with this ruling. Being accountable for deliberately destroying product or vehicles or company property is a no brainer.
SCOTUS sends another butt whooping Idiot Joe's way and Nancy Pelousy helped torpedo his student loan forgiveness program before it reached SCOTUS in a speech she gave a while back....
