Trump lawyers should use the Hillary Clinton defense, as in (paraphrasing) - at this time, what does it matter? Then use the personal server defense, the lost phones defense. And mention that in reality, the NSA or what ever alphabet soup agency approved it, Trump kept his papers in a federally approved location!
Of course, the multi-tiers justice system doesn't care, because orange man bad.
The R's have more than enough on Biden to impeach him. They are spineless and weak. So sick of this. Does anybody really think he kept classified documents strewn about his bathroom? The FBI wouldn't allow anyone to enter the premises while they did their deed. BTW where's the raid on Biden house and pictures of his garage with boxes of them next to his corvette, or the ones at the Chinese paid for center?

This is what Hunter should have gotten instead of a plea deal.
Weiss office said if convicted, Hunter Biden faces a maximum penalty of 12 months in prison on each of the tax charges a total of two years and a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison on the firearm charge.
