I think she did, and instead of fbi/doj investigating the allegations, they intimidated the whistleblowers and their families. For example, that USPS truck driver who took a trailer filled with used ballots across state lines, only to be denied unloading, then after hours was told to leave the trailer and go home. He told his story to the fedz and the fedz called his family members to intimidate them. Just one example.
