Colorado’s New Gun Law Makes It Easier to Sue Industry
After today, it's all historical.
Haven't had time to read the article yet, but if it is Colorado and other entities believe that it is ok to sue the gun industry, where will it logically stop? The other day a moron in a Dodge Challenger was clocked at over 115 MPH when he blew a red light killing 3 people, one innocent in the car that was legally in the intersection. Should the estate of the one in the car hit sue Dodge and their parent company because a moron improperly used their product?
