SAF sues in New Jersey; More on gun ‘dealer’ bust

This morning, while most folks in the Puget Sound area were fighting their way through the snow, Bellevue’s Second Amendment Foundation and the Association of New Jersey Rifle & Pistol Clubs, Inc. filed a federal lawsuit in New Jersey over that state’s “justifiable need” carry permit requirement.

SAF & ANJRPC Ask For Summary Judgment In New Jersey Handgun Lawsuit

BELLEVUE, WA --(Ammoland.com)- The Second Amendment Foundation and the Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs have filed a motion for summary judgment in their federal lawsuit that challenges New Jersey handgun carry laws.

SAF and ANJRPC filed the lawsuit last month in federal district court in New Jersey. If this motion is granted, there could be action on the case early in 2011.
