Three different states challenged Trump being on the 2024 ballot claiming he violated the 14th Amendment. All three challenges were denied.

One of the dissenting justices, Carlos Samour, said in a lengthy opinion that a lawsuit is not a fair mechanism for determining Trump's eligibility for the ballot because it deprives him of his right to due process, noting that a jury has not convicted him of insurrection. Well at least three of them got it right. No one has even been charged with insurrection and I think it would be damn hard to convict Trump of it considering his speech included protest peacefully. We all know the left and our three letter alphabet agencies had a hand in inciting the violence.
This is what happens with mail in voting - corruption so thick you can slice it with a knife. I recall in the 2008 election Bammy got 108% of the registered voters in Leadville.
