The UN tries to get this passed every year. It is nothing new. The administration that we have how ever is. In the past they have gotten a cold reception from us. This time it is a different. I think this time it will actually come up for a vote unlike in years past. The good news is they have to get 2/3 of the senate to pass it. Unfortanatly I wouldn't puti t past our senate at this time to pass such a thing.
