I think it is more that vBulletin is a flawed program. The fact that it hasn't allowed a new member since Jester560 in 11/01/2018 tells me that we need better software.
This site is going to completely die if David doesn't get it fixed. It takes a complete minute for the site to even respond.

Hit the 'submit new thread' tab and I was no longer logged in?
Tried again - same result.
Only option was to 'reply with quote' on another thread I started, which finally worked.
