Time for defendants to start pulling up the past statements, social media posts and history of these so-called 'jurists' then demanding a change of venue.
When that's denied, go before the state bar. Inform them you're refusing to enter a plea because the court of record has no jurisdiction, as the presiding judge is biased and incompetent.
This is based on their own statements of record and proven by previous decisions, which demonstrate a disregard for the standards of justice as required by the Constitution.
