I've been thinking of replacing the stock on my 223 Stevens mod 200 (Savage 110), anyone has a suggestion as to what's a good one?

Depends on what you want to spend. I've used Bell & Carlson on all my rifles because they're relatively cheap and sturdy stocks.
Also depends on what type of stock you want.
Something light for hunting or something heavier for precision shooting?
I also have a 200 and the flimsy stock has not caused any problems, as it is free floated.
The Stevens 200 has a blind internal mag. Not many aftermarket stock makers offer a replacement stock. Same action as the 110.

I guess I should just leave well enough alone and be happy I only got $240 in it as it sets.
Mine shoots MOA any day.
If I do my part sub MOA with the factory Tupperware stock.

I like the rifle but boy does that stock have some movement in it doesn't it? Tupperware is an apt description...
It does.
Pretty ugly stock too. Hate that color.
Here's mine I camo'ed for coyote hunting.

I like where the bipod is, that's about where mine starts "acting" like a stock and stops acting like a wet noodle...
This is what mine will do all day long.

Good shooting. Although the time involved in printing small groups is boring to some; I really enjoy it.
I have few which shoot sub moa also, L461 Sako, Tikka Master Sporter, etc actually the 112FVSS with proper ammo instead of the 150s shoots sub moa. The L461 has a sporter weight barrel which makes it sort of neater than the others. When you look at the Tikka you know; however the L461 is a skinny barrel bolt gun. LOL
I enjoy shooting distance with BGs. I have an old action that I'll be building in 280 AI maybe.
