    NFA Question

If a person buys a demilled (deactivated) WWll flame thrower, and has a 07 restore it to function, how would the owner go about owning the working version legally?

flame throwers are not regulated by federal law, but may be subject to state laws.

you can personally buy, build, restore, reactivate a flamethrower to your heart's content with no federal paperwork required, but do check local/state laws.
