    Question Norinco Hunter 92

Found a place that is auctioning two NIB Norinco Hunters. I know that at one time folks were making these into Galil clones. My questions are, what's a good price for a NIB Hunter and is it worth getting? By that I mean is it still viable to convert it to a Galil or some other AK clone or has the cost to do that gotten so high I'd be better off just getting a standard AK clone ready to go? I've really got no need for a long barrel, sporter AK. TIA

I wouldn't go much more than $550 on a NIB Hunter.

Guess I should have gone. Checked the auction online and one Hunter sold for $255 and the other for $230

It's one of the most accurate of the 7.62x39s... very well built. I would have gone more than $500 on a NIB. Somebody got a deal.

Very well built and I would have went 5 also.

Factory built AKs seem to shoot better than assembled here types.
