This was discussed back in October when that blog first came out:

Yea, I'm getting kinda pissed at Kel Tec for their slow production rate.
They come out with very innovative designs and can't keep up with demand. I'm not willing to put money down on a pistol design I've never seen first hand or held in my hand, so that leaves me waiting until the production dribbles it's way into the midwest.
Three different gun shops have told me that they have already pre-sold units but are still waiting on delivery.
I don't know if the company is publicly traded or what the deal is but you would think that someone could scare up an investor somewhere to expand their facility's.
I watched nuttinfancy interview Kel Tec at the 2010 SHOT and the booth monkey said that they(Kel Tec) expands their facility's every year and then in practically the next breath he admitted that there are models of firearms that are damn near impossible to find for sale.
In the parlance of folks older than I;
That dog just won't hunt
This is just my opinion and it's entirely correct.
They're supposedly making 500 PMR-30s per week now.

Gimme one in .30 Carbine.
"I'm fucking furious, I'm violently angry, and I like it. If you don't know what that feels like then I feel bad for you"
Pretty cool - I like the carbine version and balistically, it takes advantage of the 22Mag's full velocity. The pistol version basically gives you a very loud pistol generating .22 LR, rifle velocities.
~Nemo me impune lacessit~
my buddys friend (i know,i know) has the pistol and says it wont run
I was wondering if anyone had heard more about these, I guess no one has one...
I would believe the pistol would be finicky, the 22 mag is a tough cartridge to get working in a semi, being so long and skinny without taper does not help IMO. If you could get a 22mag rifle to run 100% I think it could be a perfect survival weapon.
Sweet!
I've wanted an MP7 ever siince3 they first came out, but H&K being H&K, that will never happen.
Thank you Keltec!
So they recommend only a certian type of .22 mag ammo?
