    Interesting Norinco on Gunbroker

    http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/Vie...Item=225887106

It is stamped "56S", the seller says he installed a flash hider, but the one in the picture is like the 84S flash hider, which if true could cause issues when firing the 7.62 through a 5.56 hole.

But the crowning glory, able to bring ATF to your door in a heartbeat...

What don't they understand about "shall not be infringed"!!!!!!!

Yeah, that tri-rail would warrent a visit from the atf!

Maybe that third you-know-what might cause some issues too!

And another one enough to make you cry!!!! An underfolder receiver with the Bush-hole stock and ATF hated third pin. At least the new seller figured it out and pulled the auction.

Where in the second amendment does it say anything about how a firearm should look?

It's awfully suspicious how they zoom in on the third pin for a clear picture. They're obviously not detailing the engraving because that is in a second picture.

I doubt it's a set up the sellers been around a while. I think he's just trying to "fly under the radar" on one of the "worst kept secrets" type of thing.
It's dumb since you still have to whittle away at the receiver a little before the FA parts can go in but ....well you guys know the rest

Anybody here try to email him about the matter? Good karma to whoever warns him about the issue and I am sure some of you here have account with gunbroker ..seriously Leavenworth is NOT a good pace for the hapless seller..

Well, after adding a line to his listing that after getting a ton of emails about that third pin, he took the rifle to a gunsmith who assured him it was only a rivet and legal. What a tool.

So he cancelled the auction on Gunbroker and I just found it listed on Auction Arms but with the close ups of the third pin missing. It takes a good eye to see the third pin on the photos he did list.

WARNING- If you try to sent him a message on Auction Arms, they are posted for all to see!!!!!

Well...i love a good conspiracy speculation so lets throw some gas on the fire just for fun.
At the very least it's an opportunity to shine an oh so positive and well deserved light on the ATF.

ATF has determined that the constitution does not cover post May 86 AK variants that have real AK receivers. That third pin hole generally indicates it has the other required stuff to be able to just remove that rivet, and install a select fire fire control group.

ATF, once a machine gun, always a machine gun.
