Ever hear of ICANN? ICANN began in the U.S. government, it is now and continues to be, an international, community-driven organization independent of any one government. ICANN's management of an interoperable Internet covers over 330 million domain names, the allocation of more than 4 billion network addresses, and the support of approximately 95 million DNS look-ups every day across 240 countries.
What is DNS? It's the service that translates website names into IP addresses. The physical IP address of "website..com" may be "227.34.76.5" but all you need to remember is the site name and DNS translates an easily remembered name into the (sometimes changing) numerical address.
So, if ICANN doesn't like your political views or your speech, you may be subjected to their Uniform Rapid Suspension policy.
That means any website, on any network. The first amendment is dead. America is dead.

(edit to add: Over $200 million in revenue from a "non-profit" organization. Not bad).
