norinco 213 issue

short and sweet,my kid gave me a tokarev/norinco213 with the wrap around grips.fired no problem when we shot it previously.
now it fires 1 shot and the slide jams about at half battery..empty case is flopping around and i have to take a mallet to tap slide back into battery,remove takedown pin..and then 1 more shot..same problem.
replaced barrel/link,cleaned..same problem.
replaced extractor spring but no difference.
would a bad extractor cause this or is the slide just shot out? any help would be appreciated!
this is very odd,i have had slam fires,ftf,fte..never this..hope someone can help me out,posted this problem 8-9 months ago and not much help..not worth paying to fix at a gunsmith,so i guess it is an expensive paperweight :-)
