Looking to build a budget AR.

Seen were a few of you guys were talking about PSA stuff so I took a look. Looks like for a little more than $500 bucks you can build an AR. So how about this lower with this upper?

I am thinking of getting the lower first since it is the part that needs the FFL transfer and I got a shop that will do the transfer for $15 dollars.

Anyway opinions and advice are greatly appreciated.
